I started my first business when I was just 7 years old…riding my bicycle from house to house selling greeting cards and holiday gifts.
Since then I’ve started a handful businesses, been a professor in the Big Ten and the Ivy League, and become a trusted advisor to the over 2,500 businesses where I’ve helped them improve service, increase sales, and isolate opportunities for growth.
The material in the coming blog posts has evolved over the course of more than 30 years, during which I have delivered over 8,000 presentations to audiences including college students, entrepreneurs, small business owners, corporate executives, and board members.
